Strawberry Rhubarb Crunch

1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
3 c. sliced strawberries
3 c. diced rhubarb
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. oats

Preheat oven to 375. Mix 1st four. Place into a 9x13 dish. Mix next 4 until crumbly. Crumble over top of pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until crisp.
