Caramel Corn

1 cube butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. karo syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 t. salt
1 huge bowl popcorn

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, salt and karo. Bring to a boil and add milk. Constantly stir until really bubbly. Pour over popcorn.
