Chili Salsa Beef

1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
1 T. olive oil
1 c. thick and chunky salsa
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
2 T. lime juice
Hot cooked rice

Put beef in crockpot. Add next 5 ingredients and stir well. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Stir occasionally. Add lime juice just before serving. Serve over rice.
