Lime Cilantro Rice

1 c. long grain rice
2 c. water
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 t. dried onion
1/4 bunch chopped cilantro
1 T. oil

Put all ingredients in a pan and cover. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Prior to serving, add the juice of half a lime.
