1 unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 heaping t. flour
1 c. milk (canned, 1/2&1/2, cream, or whole milk)
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1 t. vanilla
1 t. nutmeg
2 T. melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all and pour into pie crust. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center.
