Sam's Salsa

1 small red onion, diced

1 small yellow onion, diced

1-2 big tomatoes, diced

1/4 c. white vinegar

1/4 c. olive oil

1 full T. of either summac or zaatar seasoning

Mix all. Serve with lime tortilla chips.
