Grilled Chicken with Alabama White Sauce

1/2 t. garlic powder
1 t. paprika
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
4 boneless breasts, cut into strips length wise

Combine spices and rub over strips. Grill until cooked through, turning once.

Sauce:
1/2 c. reduced fat mayo
1/3 c. cider vinegar
1/2 T. black pepper
dash of tabasco sauce or 1/4 t. cayenne
1/4 t. salt
1 t. lemon juice

Combine all and whisk until smooth. Serve spooned over grilled chicken.
