Honey Grilled Chicken

1 c. lemon juice
2/3 c. chopped fresh basil
2/3 c. honey
2 T. olive oil
1 t. pepper
4 cloves minced garlic
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 yellow peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces
2 red peppers, cut into 2 inch pieces

Combine 1st 6 in a large plastic bag; Add chicken and peppers. Shake to coat. Marinate in fridge anywhere from 3-24 hours turning every so often. Grill chicken and peppers, basting with marinade while cooking.

*you can also oven broil instead of grill)
