Lemon Rice

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 c. rice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1-1/2 c. chicken broth

Melt butter over medium heat. Add rice and brown for 1 minute. Add lemon and broth and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
