1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 T. dijon mustard
1 T. grated orange peel
2 T. ketchup
2 T. chili sauce
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to lukewarm. Blend until smooth. Store in a glass jar in fridge for up to 90 days.
