Small container of Cool Whip
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
Whip all together. Chill. Serve with fruit, graham crackers or tortilla crisps.

Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread
15 frozen Rhoades Rolls
1 small package butterscotch cook and serve pudding mix
1/2 c butter melted
1 t cinnamon
1/2 brown sugar
Place frozen rolls in a greased bundt pan. Sprinkle dry pudding on top. Combine butterand brown sugar in small bowl. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Add chopped pecans if you like nuts. Place in oven over night to raise. Preheat oven to 350 degrees in the morning. Bake for 30 min with a foil covered cookie sheet underneath ( it will drip). Turn upside down on plate before serving

Grandma Rogers Cinnamon Rolls
1/3 cup warm water
1 T sugar
2 yeast
Step 1: combine water yeast and sugar
6 T vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
1 t salt
Step 2: Mix oil sugar and salt in large bowl
1 c scalded milk
1 cup cold water
3 eggs beaten
7 cups flour
1 cube butter
Sugar and cinnamon
Nuts and/or raisins if desired
3: Add milk and cold water to oil mixture.
4: Mix in 3 cups flour with electric mixer
5: Add eggs, yeast mixture, and 3 more cups of flour. Mix well. Turn out onto counter and need in the last cup of flour. Let raise.
6: Heat oven to 400 degrees
7: Divide dough. Roll out. Melt butter and use half on rolled out dough. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up, cut and place on cookie sheet.
8: Let raise again, for about 15 min.
9: bake for 10 min or until lightly golden.
Frost with frosting as soon as they come out of the oven:

1 30oz can diced tomatoes
1 15oz can black beans
1 15 oz can pinto beans
1 15 oz can kidney beans
1 15 oz can corn (do not drain)
1/2 c salsa
1 diced green pepper
1 t lime juice
2 cans shredded chicken or one boiled chicken breast shredded
1 pkg dry taco seasoning
1 pkg Hidden valley ranch dip mix
Mix all and cook in crockpot for 3 hours or on stove top until hot and bubbly.
Serve with shredded cheese, olives, sour cream and tortilla chips.

2 inch chunks boneless skinless chicken breast
Red bell pepper
Salt & peper
Arrange food onto skewers. Salt and pepper lightly. Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill until chicken is done.
Mango Dipping Sauce:
1 large Mango chopped
1/4 c plain yogurt
1 small jalapeño seeded and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 green onion.
Pulse all in a blender. Sauce will keep for 2 days

1 Boxed White Cake Mix
2/3 cup water
1 T vinegar
1 t baking soda
2 Eggs
1 1/4 cup mashed very ripe bananas
Mix water, vinegar and baking soda. Combine with cake mix and eggs in large mixing bowl. Add bananas. Mix with mixer for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 for 35 min. Cool in refrigerator . Frost with creamy butter frosting

Heavy cream
1t vanilla
CakeMix until smooth. Frost.
This cake is better made the day before serving. We like it cold.
