Cookies and Cream Popcorn

2 bags popped kettle corn, unpopped kernals removed
24 oreo cookies, crushed
1 bag white chocolate chips

Mix cookies with popcorn. Melt chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring until melted completely. Pour over popcorn and stir gently until evenly distributed. Pour into a single layer in a sheet pan until white chocolate is set. Break up into chunks.

7 Up Biscuits

2 c Bisquick mix
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c 7up
1/4 c melted butter

Preheat oven to 450º. Cut sour cream into your Bisquick mix, then add 7up - it will make a soft dough. Now sprinkle your counter with a little Bisquick mix then add dough and pat it out.
Melt butter and pour it into a 9" square baking pan. Cut your biscuits up and arrange them in pan on top of melted butter.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Pesto Ranch Crock Pot Chicken


  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 ounce jar of pesto
  • 1 package Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • Place chicken, pesto, ranch dressing and chicken broth into crock pot. Stir gently to combine all seasonings. Close with lid and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

Kelly's Chocolate Chip Cookies

2-1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt

Mix and set aside.

1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1-1/2 t. vanilla
2 eggs
12 oz. package chocolate chips

Cream eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Slowly add in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. 

Place by rounded tablespoonful on a baking stone. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from stone to a cooling rack after 2 minutes.
